Enabling discussion, producing results
Group discussion can be a powerful forum for open and productive dialogue; different groups can achieve a shared perspective and solve problems, and organisations can remain innovative. With expert facilitation conversations are structured and productive, boundaries are carefully managed and actionable outcomes are delivered.
Drawing on my coaching experience, I facilitate events in closed or open format for organisations and independent groups, especially within healthcare and related sectors. Through careful questioning and a measured approach, I ensure groups remain engaged and possess a shared sense of commitment to deliver results.
As an integral part of the process, I encourage a preparatory meeting before the event, an outcome review afterwards and continued communication with you at each new stage. This ensures facilitated discussions achieve your objectives and deliver tangible results.

Service Director in Large NHS Organisation
I am a service director in a large NHS organisation and have worked with Sheena for approximately nine years. Sheena’s brief is to support the directorate senior leadership team to work effectively to achieve high level strategic objectives including delivering major structural change. During this time Sheena has consistently demonstrated skill and professionalism in facilitating understanding and positivity amongst the group, not least during periods of challenge and change. I believe that the service would not have achieved the same levels of performance without Sheena’s support as a facilitator. I envisage continuing to work with her.
