How do I know if coaching is right for me?

I offer a free, initial ‘look-see’ session by telephone or face-to-face in order to discuss your expectations. Once confident that coaching is the right approach, and I am the right coach for you, we can arrange a coaching meeting.

How does it work?

Meetings usually last an hour to an hour-and-a-half and can be held at your place of work or in a neutral, confidential environment – or by telephone or web conference software (such as Skype or Zoom). A typical coaching programme involves six meetings, usually one a month. However, arrangements are guided by your preference. You are not committed to my coaching sessions and are free to stop at any time. Prior clients, who have broken new ground in their leadership roles and careers, frequently return for six-monthly ‘check-ins’ to help them review progress and keep track of their longer term outcomes.

Is there any flexibility in our arrangements?

I recommend set sessions at regular intervals; however, appointments can easily be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice. If need be, face-to-face sessions can also be rescheduled as telephone or Skype coaching sessions instead. I offer ongoing support to all my clients and you can contact me between sessions if an issue arises that requires immediate attention.
