Enhancing skills, assuring professionalism
Coaching supervision is a valuable, co-creative opportunity integral to the enhancement of your performance as a coach. Whether you wish to ensure rigour in your practice, reflect on ethical dilemmas in a supportive, confidential environment or gain fresh insights into your key strengths as a coach, coaching supervision will enrich your skills and enhance your professional effectiveness.
Coaching supervision can be delivered one-to-one or in groups – either in person, by telephone or web conference software (such as Skype or Zoom). Sessions are carefully tailored around your individual needs. For example, you may wish to enhance your knowledge of ethics and competency standards, use supervision support in gaining a specific coaching credential or work co-creatively to identify and amplify your unique strengths as a coach. I have extensive supervisory expertise and experience and can work with you to realise your full potential as a coach and demonstrate professionalism throughout your practice.
Mentoring is an integral element of the professional coach’s preparation for credentialing. Mentoring for credentialing is provided one to one or in small groups on Zoom or Skype. Typically the mentoring relationship will span several months and support the coach in their progress towards achieving a formal credential or in the renewal of their existing credential where this is required.
Testimonial:
Executive coach to international business leaders
I am a coach who has depth and breadth of organisational experience. I also have a background in psychotherapy as well as coaching and integrate the two. Sheena and I worked together for a few months and I found her to be supportive, gentle and encouraging on the one hand as well as firm, inviting me to explore my experience in ways that I would not do on my own. She shares appropriately of her own experience where this helped me and I do not hesitate in recommending Sheena as a supervisor or coach to anyone.
